IMPORTANT NOTICE

There will be NO Kickboxing, Tai Chi, Little Dragons and Kung Fu classes on the 25th and 27th July as it is the Annual Summer School in Scarborough.

Classes return to normal the following week.

New challenges for Chris and John


Chris and John receive their new certificates from Sifu Agars for recent successful grading to Blue and Green respectively. Congratulations to both of them as they move to learn some new kung fu techniques and refine those already learnt.
