New Blue Sash awarded
Andrew Norman recieving his Blue Sash in Lau Gar Kung Fu this week from Sifu Nathan Beer 4th Degree.
Andrew has been very dedicated in his training from the start, quickly becoming a regular at the gym twice a week and also finding time to help out with Sifu Stuart Agars with the Little Dragons on Thrusdays nights.
This one is slightly long overdue being posted...Jonathan Cooke recieving his White Sash from Sifu Suart Agars and Sifu Nathan Beer. Well done Jonathan!
