New Yellow Belts For Kickboxing Team
Jo Green and Sarah Petty were both awarded their new Yellow Belt grade last week.
Both Sarah and Jo graded with the excellent marks. Well done from all of us for all the hard work.

Whose the Rambo guy? He looks a bit ... well Gay.
A guy doing a workout slaps on a headband, and that makes him Gay? I guess you don't get out much.
