Another fantastic lesson in Chen Tai Chi from Steve Burton. I cannot recommend these classes enough. Steve is not only VERY good at Teaching Chen, but is also VERY good at Chi Na (grappling, locks etc), so the lesson is scattered with interesting examples of Tai Chi in practical applications.

Classes are held on the first Saturday in each month and run from 2.30pm - 4.30pm...
